Our New service of Milling bespoke fresh sawn wood to order in any size up to 24 feet long

We are pleased to announce we will be producing fresh sawn timber to order in our own mill, from sustainable woodlands we have felled in the Yorkshire area.

From our own sourced timber in the woodlands, we are able to mill any dimension timber up to 3 feet square, up to 24 feet long from both softwood and hardwood species.

We will be stocking various grades of furniture sawn timber in various species, please inquire to discuss

Due to the ongoing covid 19 virus, we ask that you adhere to government guidelines when visiting our sawmill by appointment only.

The "Tom Sawyer"

Our Forestor tom sawyer was imported from Norway, refurbished back to nearly new by James himself from his experience as a time served Forestor engineer.

The Round Timber

Westtec is able to source most of the timber, locally, felling and extracting ourselves, we are able to produce quality timber for our sawmill, selecting quality grade hardwoods to order

We aim to produce any dimension sized timber to order from our own stock to accommodate what you want to achieve with your project.

Hardwood Sawn Timber

With the quality of hardwood we are able to source sustainably, locally, we are able to produce quality character boards, which have proved popular from bar tops to benches to furniture. below is a sample of the boards we have produced.
